Domestic Return Policy
Your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Madison Loved. Should you feel the need to return your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. To proceed with a return, ensure the item is sent back to us within 3 days after you receive the return label. Please note, failure to contact us within the 3-day window or to return the item within the specified 5 days will result in the forfeiture of a refund.
A $50 or 5% restocking fee (whichever is higher) will apply to all returns.
Upon receipt of your package, immediately inspect your jewelry and inform us of any concerns regarding its condition. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original state, including packaging, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration. To arrange a return, kindly contact us via email.

International Return Policy
We aim for your absolute delight with every purchase. International customers wishing to return an item must also inform us within 3 days of delivery. Immediate communication upon receipt is crucial to notify us of any condition concerns.
Similar to domestic returns, international returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return label. Please be aware that international return shipping is not covered by Madison Loved. The cost will be calculated based on your location and invoiced to you upon creation of the return label.
We will provide you with all necessary return instructions and customs documentation. It's important to follow these closely and ship the item back as instructed. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund if everything is in order.
